At Azza Fahmy Jewellery, we want you to cherish your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by their certificate of authenticity and original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team via email or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and protective pouch, ensuring the security seal remains intact and all documentation is included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a collection with our designated courier or drop it off at an authorized boutique.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
